Back from vacation and ready to jump. Just did day 1 jump rope and dumbbell workout. My motivation to finish...a new jump rope!

Having post summer shred blues. Not sure where to start, so I've decided to do the daily workout until after vacation. Then probably the dumbbell program. ๐
