Aletta Armee yep. Last 3 months I've been working for.someon that always has sweets around. So you figure 1 or two or 3na Day is nothing. Well I see it all now in the belly as more fat buildup. Ugh. I just took all that off last summer.and here it is again! It's a Rollercoaster ride!

Eating. I prepped all types of protein, have salad on hand, but crave tons of fruit, carrots, chocolate and noodles.

Ok, 100 push-ups is not something we built up slowly to in week 1. I did 20 knee push-ups on the floor. 20 using a bench. The last 60 I did wall push-ups. I got it done! M1W1D5!
