Hi! Thank you so much!!! It sounds like you’re doing so great. Yeah, I went from being a 20 year dancer to a pretty hardcore runner and then flipped to body building! I was lifting wirh zero cardio 5 days a week for about a year and a half. Now I’m back to jumping, yoga, and walking, just trying to keep chasing “feeling good” for now. Honestly my body feels so much better for it. I’m heading to the gym now to do a JRD workout but I haven’t decided which yet! Going on holiday tomorrow though and you can bet I’ll get my skips in. So happy happy to be here!
