Aletta Armee I have resistance bands but I haven't been able to do that yet. I'm working on hanging and working on my back muscles. I'll be very proud of myself as I make progress.

I can’t do pull-ups. I’ve been doing strengthening exercises to build up to it. Maybe some day.

Just to follow up on my comment, sometimes it’s our feet and the shoes we wear that cause problems and injuries.

I have always had foot pain with very high arches. I had to stop jump rope in the beginning.. I saw a podiatrist and now with custom orthotics and bunion pads, I am jumping without issues. So sometimes getting the right adjustments make a big difference.

Can’t wait!

I have really gotten to like the double step boxer skip. It gets me the long intervals. I'm still working on my endurance but I've come a long way.

I have learned fast skip, teeter totter and double boxer. My stamina is better. But I also need more sleep after the workouts

Week 1 Done. I cannot go as low to the ground as Dan can but I completed the 100 pushups in a controlled manner. Did the first 50 with a push-up bar.  Would never have done that without Dan's coaching.

I just try to get in the weekly 5 workouts between Monday and Sunday and take 2 rest days. What rest days I take will depend on how I'm feeling.
