I recently had surgery and had to take a break from the thing for over a month. I probably have a couple more weeks to go. It’s going to be hard getting back into it once my doctor gives me the ok. I’m looking forward to the community support when it’s time.

This might sound like a strange question but does anyone wear compression socks when you jump rope? I have been having some discomfort on the front of my feet and shins and I think it might be from not having enough support. If anyone can recommend any brands of compression socks, I would appreciate it.

Just completed W2 D5. Fell a little behind. This one was hard and I took a lot of breaks. But I got it done.
