Sometimes I check in at the location of the summer workouts instead of at the main community. Do I still credit for checking in after each workout? May sound dumb but want to have a chance of prizes!

I’ve noticed an improvement in my skips too!

Finished W2 D4. Do you ever notice that when you get to the last round how much faster you jump? Almost like it will make it go faster even though the time is the same as the other rounds. 😀

Doing great with the summer challenge. I m jealous that you can do all those pull-ups. I can only do negative pull-ups and hanging scapula strengthening exercises with a resistance band. It will be a while before I can successfully do them. Any programs to help build up to them with body weight and dumbbells would be helpful. Love your channel

My obliques were shaking. Haven’t done side planks in a while

W2 D1 done. This one was hard because of the 60 second intervals of jumping. 

Week 1 in the books.  Very challenging sweaty.

Just finished D4. I have not learned doubleunders so I used a 1 pound rope for basic jump instead
