So when I do pushups, I can’t go low enough to have my chest touch the ground. When a workout requires pushups, is it better to focus on getting lower and doing fewer instead of a high number of pushups that are not as low? Any thoughts?

Just did a pure ladder workout. Didn't get enough sleep last night and it made it hard. But I slugged my way through.

Day 3 done. I don't have doubleunders in my arsenal yet but I used the half pound rope for the entire workout.
