W2D5 done, what a great workout to round out the week, and whilst it wasn't the best week from a personal motivation stand point, I got it done and feel better for it π, and now a weekend of active recovery with a little hillwalking, and cycling, ready to roll into week 3 πͺπ¦΅,

W2D2 complete, gotta say I was absolutely not feeling it today. But after sitting on my ass all day on a course it was a nessecity π₯΅, let's hope tomorrow is a better day.

Well, what a start to week 2, twas a larl bit cheeky that was π₯΅π« , and single unders got in a right pickle, so I had to substitute, so I'll try them again at a later date π¦Ύ
