Guys! Need to pick your brains 🧠 so I've been doing intermittent fasting since March. By May went down 6kg in weight. Started jumping in May and since then my weight has stagnated 🤯 currently doing jumping + dumbells. I'm also playing tennis once a week.
How to push to see my weight dropping????
