W1D3 in the books. Had to make some exercise modifications to fit my endurance and fitness level from a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Feeling better and more energy already. Looking forward to finishing the week strong and starting the round of exercises for next week.

Newbie here to jump roping. W1D1 done and the beginning of taking back my life to get moving and good nutrition. Broke my knee 4 years ago and lost my dog at the same time. Got lazy and somewhat depressed from it at time went quickly by. But today is a new day.
Got smoked with the first workout. But feel good now.
