Do you guys finish 1 complete workout programme and then hop on to the next or you have a few workouts programmes and do each on diff days?

Hey, 50yo dood from Singapore!

A year ago, suffered elbow tendonitis and was not able to do any weights workouts, which was what i really love doing.

Hate running and couldn't swim cos the arm would hurt.

So picked up a rope and started jumping. Nearly "died" but addictive!

Found JRD and never looked back since.

Lost 5kg in 2mths (i haven't had a 5 in front of my weight since i was in my teens!) and kept the weight till today. Clothes are a size too big now 🀣

Work has been bit bz recently so haven't been jumping as regularly b4 but gona restart the momentum next week!

(I'm also 1 of those people who jump either barefoot or with Five Fingers shoes 😬)

I torn couple of ligaments on both ankles (dem young and stupid days haha).

If yours are fine, shouldn't be an issue!

Try "zoning out" while practicing the boxer skips, that could be the trick 😁

I'm in the EXACT same boat as you

Really annoying not to be able to do it, regardless how long I've been practicing...

Doesnt help that my lower shins will hurt (likely due to ankle instability)

But 1 thing i noticed however, is whenever i "zone out", i could do mabbe 10secs

Once i get conscious of it, i mess up
