Reading all you peeps doing the thing, makes me feel a little "jealous" cos I've been so overwhelmed with work, i couldn't even squeeze in time to jump at all for 2 weeks 🀣

Feeling all puffy and "fat"!

Hopefully, next week I can get back into the game and continue with the Total Body W1D5!

Albeit slow and easy....

Starting slow n ez is the way to go!

Best to enjoy at your own rate than rush into it and regret/feel frustrated with aches and possible injuries

From my experience, i ordered the S length n it was too short, L was too long (gotta tie a knot)

M was perfect for me

So in your case, perhaps u wana consider getting 1 size smaller for the next rope?

If you are not getting another one (like a heavier rope for example), and tying a knot for your current one, suited you fine, i would say just stick to tying a knot whenever you are about to start the workout

Tying a knot works fine for me! I just unknot it after I'm done

Wow 5yrs!

What about the handles? Squeaky?

Could it be cos of your boots tho?

Unsure of your feet type, I'm flat footed and had been suffering for decades with feet and ankle issues till i switched to barefoot shoes

Left ankle that was swollen for 3 decades due to torn ligaments, ankle is now back to normal

No more feet, legs, ankle issues

Mabbe u can try barefoot shoes :)

Jump when u feel like it, something to switch up your workouts.

You dun need to jump for like 30mins, just 5mins is good enuff.

Or when you feel "ok that's all for today!", then stop, and go for a nice shower!

Hey to those using crossropes!

What do u use to lubricate the handles?

Mine are like squealing guinea pigs!

Hello Joe!

Basic jump is good, I can do all of Dan's workouts with no issues

Tried to "relax" and practice boxer jump, my body suddenly became "retarded" 🫀
