Hey everyone!

Any tips to "loosen" the body while jumping rope?

Like how do you "free your mind" and stop overthinking?

Asking cos I'm STILL trying to do the basic like boxer skip.

I can do the steps without the rope perfectly but once I start jumping, I go all over the place... i feel I'm sorta too "stiff" â˜šī¸

It's up to you.

I do these workouts as and when I feel like it, in midst of the workout programme I am doing currently.

Completed the Jump With Dan 20mins new workout!

Results not great, prob cos I was only doing regular bounce hehe.

Drink less alcohol

Aim to lose BF% from current 20 to 18

I counted my reps manually n then I cross checked with Garmin.

Missed mabbe 1 or 2 reps, no biggie for me haha

Of late (been roping for quite a while already), jumping ropes kills my shoulders, calves hardly feel anything

Even 1/4 rope does this!

I'm pretty confident my form is correct.

Anyone experience this or it's just me being weird? 😐đŸ˜Ŧ

Garmin Jump Rope section does a pretty good job counting reps, tho hit n miss by a few
