I do fasted cos i workout in the morning b4 going to work. Been doing this for years, cardio and weight lifting.

Benefits mostly burn fat easier and i do not need to wake up extra early just to eat something b4 going to the gym.

Yeh, I'm just gona do regular bounce cos that's all i can do.

Body too stiff, mabbe I'm too conscious and over think whilst learning other jumps 🫤

I'm gona start the Total Body Torch next week.

Do I need to learn the various jump technics such as Run In Place, Teeta Totta, Boxer Skips etc. first?

Cos I can only do regular jumps at the moment.

Does anyone feel their shoulders burn more than their calves?

That's how i been feeling recently

Shoulders burn but calves dun feel a thing

Regular bounce only cos i cant do any other styles lol

Any way to increase endurance?

I've been skipping for almost year (following this app's workouts!), about 3 to 4x a week

I dun swing my arms at all, proper elbows tucked in n rotate wrists only
