Mondays are stretching and minimal jumping.
Trying cross overs and got whacked at the back of my head 🤣🤣🤣

Peeps who have the Get Strong 1lb & 2lb ropes.

How long did it take for you to get used to the weight without the shoulder deltoids "dying"?

Thinking of getting me a pair 😊

You could perhaps move your elbows closer to your body, instead of them flaring out.

I found this method loads easier for push ups and less strain to my elbows.

Unsure if this method works for you but no harm giving it a try :)
