The penultimate workout of the challenge is done! I can't believe it's the final day of the challenge tomorrow and even more surprised that I have missed or skipped a day! Very much looking forward to continuing this fitness journey with you all 🥳

Red faced, sweaty kitchen floor selfie? Hi! Sorry to inflict this on my fellow JRD buddies, but damn that was tough! Fun, but tough. When I can stand up/stop sweating/feel my legs, I'm going to make a Greek style tofu bowl with quinoa. Time to replenish 🥵💪

First workout of the week is done! Wk4D1 is brutal 🥵😅 I'll be feeling that for days, I'm sure! I modified the pushups or I'd have got nowhere near the target, but I kept pushing and jumping and sweating 😂 Enjoy it guys, it's tough but a fun challenge! I need to shave.

W3D2 done! I'm getting a bit of a twinge in my Achilles tendon so will start to add a bit of yoga to see if that will help strengthen it. I know it's because I've jumped right in (sorry not sorry) with these workouts, but the way I feel after means I really don't want to have to stop. Just to say this isn't a pain, it's just a bit of a twinge, so I'm not going to injure myself. I will be a bit sensible 😜

I got too excited to start the third week that I foolishly did the work out on my break. That's me done for the afternoon 😂 Managed to do some proper push ups today though, off my knees at last! Probably a mix of 25% proper and 75% knee, but some improvement nevertheless. My chest will ache tomorrow! Happy floor death selfie 😜
