W4 Power Cali done! Left it a bit last minute, ended up doing workout 4 & 5 today just because my crazy brain wanted to get it done in 4 weeks as per the plan and it likes being accountable to a bunch of strangers in the JRD community it seems!

Anyway, first time I’ve done 5 workouts a week, first time following anything like this so pretty happy!

Lots to improve on, double under and cross overs to start but first rest those sore shins!

Dumbbell series next to see me into the new year!

Week two done, half way!!! Got soaked in the rain today but it doesn’t matter with jump rooe, just keep going! Excellent!

It’s tough sticking to the routine but so far so good, W2D3 done. First time I’ve done anything structured with strength training so feels tough, but the cardio side is fine so hopefully a good balance and making progress…
Well done everyone!

Run in place as fast as possible seems to do the trick!

4 work outs done, gonna have to pass on double unders though, I just don’t have the knees for it! Solid week so far though, pumped to keep progressing!

W1D1 done the thing. Only just joined the app, but looking forward to being consistent through October, really motivated to improve jump rope ability as a relative noob and make some calithenics strength gains!
