W3D2 Torch Complete! 🔥

Feels great to get in today’s workout!

——
Side note: Today was the first day I jumped rope without an ankle brace/wrap in about a month. (Had what I think was tendinitis, so using the wrap helped.). Glad this seems to be getting better!

Also, here’s a pic of my workout buddy today. Lol

W3D1 Torch Complete!

I don’t currently have a 1/2lbs rope so i juggled between my 1/4lbs rope and 1lbs rope.

Great workout!

Side note: Wasn’t feeling it today, but finished the workout and feel great! If your not feeling it today just #DoTheThing you won’t regret it.

Another great workout! Thanks JRD!

W2D1 Torch complete ✅

I don’t currently have a 1/2lbs rope so I used my 1lbs rope for a few sets to bump up the intensity.

For those of you with Crossropes, anyone use them on concrete or asphalt? If so, how quickly do they wear down/need to be replaced?

I have a jump rope mat, so 99% of the time they’d be on the mat, but if I do side swings (not sure the actual term. lol) they’d hit the ground around me, which could be a rough surface when I’m outside in the summer.

Anyway, just wondering about the durability on rougher surfaces.

(For example, in Torch challenge D4 it looks like Dan is doing boxer skip on a rooftop style patio with interlocking brick, no mat. Just wondering how long the rope would last with that kind of regular use)

Thanks.
