Long time lurker first time starter.  I am a kettlebell enthusiast and found jrd a long time ago, but just liked kettlebells over jump rope.  But, I am now 5 months post partum with a c section with a newborn and two teenagers and with movement restrictions, coming up on 45th bday. So starting out super light and doing ropeless jump rope workouts on trampoline. I have about 30 lbs to lose before I feel halfway normal again, but movement is gong to be a must to keep up with this crazy family. Modifications will be my game for now, but aiming to at least get 15 minutes in a day with a few calisthenics and make sure my incision site is not agitated.
