Hi all! Fantastic program. I have already completed my W3M2 unbroken for the moment. In another weight training programs, I have been told to take a deload week or break time every 5-6 weeks of training. What do you think about this? Deload week would mean being active doing mobility and walks but resting from weight training and jumping rope

Hi! I have a background of boxing so jumping rope is not new to me but my struggle is to be consistent with a workout and nutrition. I like very much JRD approach to working out and your vibrating energy. What is also new to me is training with weighted ropes. I though it wasn't so relevant but this week I'm travelling and using a standard rope and definitely I can feel that I'm much more faster and agile with it than before.

Hi everyone!! Good afternoon! This is Jorge from Spain. It's a pleasure to belong to this community. I'm doing JRD Max, already in my second week and enjoying it. I am happy with my performance so far. Still I'm far away from Dan's figures but I managed to do 115 pushups on the fifth day and 30 pullups in the first day. I will keep on training. Already in my W2D2.
