Completed W4D3. Not sure if I was just fully focused on the session but seemed the the circuit only went 4x and not 5x🤔

Over the Hump day for W4D3.. complete.

Calves are burning once again and feels great!!

W4D2 brutally completed. At first glance I thought it would be very manageable with just regular and boxer jump. Then I realized it stepped up to 60s😀😀😂😂.

Never did 60s before and was able to accomplish several during the session. Great win!

W4D1 off the books. Just looking at the routine I that I would get through with no worries..NOPE..arms are burning this time around. Video through me off as it didn't have any music going.

W3D5 in the books🤜🤛 Glass is now 3/4 full. 😛 Can't get the doubles in so I substituted with faster rope jumps.

Should get all the high school boys a jump rope and have them do it with you. Show them whose king👍

Dan Witmer - Any news on those randomly select prizes for the January challenge?

Ok..W3D3 out the door. Alternative leg was a big challenge as my right leg is a little weak jumping on it's own due to calf tear back in Nov but we will get it down.
