Hello JRD Nation!! Wow, we have a big community joining that is awesome.Join to put another spin on working out and always up for a fitness challenge. I live in the US: Michigan. It has been a very longtime since I jumped rope but back then it was basic. Now looking to get moving and doing those tricks. You'll find me currently doing the 4wk Torch Challenge.

Love staying active and nature along with the sun. Also a golf nutπŸŒοΈβ€β™‚οΈ.

W1 D2. Complete Wow!! All man..don't know those tricks but just modified what I could. Little tough as I'm still rehabbing my calf muscle. Did get PB of 6 fully completed 30 seconds.πŸ˜›

I'm with you on the skilled jumps. I'm sure this will improve your soccer skills. Just started back up playing indoor but tore calf muscle a month ago. πŸ˜’

Can't narrow it down to one but for sure 2.

1 - get down to 12% body fat.

2 - jump rope for 2 minutes straight with some of the jump moves I've seen by the community.

10 degrees out in the garage with WKD1....f...ing complete!! 😝 First major workout in a very longtime and just started jump roping 3 days ago after 30 plus years.

I did some minor modifications based on current abilities. Going from 10 sec jumps for the first few days to a PB of 3-30 seconds is a MAJOR WIN.πŸ’ͺ
