Same here at my few times when starting jumping for the first time in ages. A few more sessions and your stamina will be able to handle it. Keep it going Maya

W2D1 out the door!! Pre-look it didn't look to bad but the extra weight rope made a BIG difference 😳. that is the most I have sweated so far and FEELS GREAT.

W1D5 is in the back view mirror. Made adjustments for doubles has I'll need to practice for that..Not fast enough to get the rope around.

Feeling really great. Surprisingly how I'm picking this up and a few tricks a few times to mix it up some.

W1D4 completed.πŸ€ͺ That a ruff one for me as it felt overwhelming as it was pretty straight through jumping.

Don't know each move yet so I adjusted some of them and tried little at a time.

Did a few South Paw moves to keep it interesting.

So far the challenge was jumping for the first time in a longtime. Big success so far was getting consistent with completing each 30sec jump. I do see major progress to where I started.

F..k yeah!! WKDY3 completed. Wow..can't believe today I was almost hanging with the full 30 seconds. Another PB 12-30seconds. To get a good calf raise workout I suggest stand off the ground about 2 inches so when you come down you can get a great stretch on your calfs.
