W1D3 complete. My rope jumping is slightly improving but I’m finding that towards the end of the 30 min I start to mess up the jumping and can’t keep a rhythm. Really grateful for the support and motivation of the community, it’s keeping me on track. Hopefully soon I will build more stamina to do the jumping without interruption. Happy Friday to all.
