No problem Abby. Will start to go over some of the videos but instead of 1/2 lb rope that I used last month I'll get a heavy rope. I found out that after using the 1/2 lb for most of the month the 1/4 was lighter then heck.

You got this Abby!!

Thanks Doug. Feeling good and enjoying the 30 to 40 minutes of jump.

Hey Family!! This is a little long but hopefully encouragement for all. As I take a day off and drinking a few Good Day Vokas to celebrate my accomplishments I wanted to provide an update to inspire the community an kept faith in the process. I can't remember the last time i jumped rope. Maybe back in elementary school and after checking JDR I wanted to try something new as I've done it all. As May has comes to a close, it puts me at 5 months since joining JRD journey. While joining I started with Torch for my first month, then Dumbbells for 3 months, and back to Torch for the last month. Some of the sessions I knew I couldn't do like doubles and cross so I just jump to keep going. I set myself up doing a calorie deficit, no drinking, had a few supplements, some extra exercises, and eating smart. One thing I made sure is tracked everything I consumed and made sure i worked on keeping at my deficit and kept at least 120g protein either by regular meals or organic protein shakes. Once in awhile I had a few chocolate bars but I split the bar in half and enjoyed it for 2 days.

My pics show my first day and now my last. I'm down 25 plus and close to getting my goal. I could of been stricter and really got ripped faster but I've just kept chipping away and you can do. Next is to get to 12% and master those doubles and cross overs. #DoTheThing
