Hi. I'm Denis, I'm from Brazil and I'm new here. I'm trying to get back to my old self. From being a fat sedentary person, between 2016 and 2021 I managed to get fit by running, crossfitting and doing calisthenics, losing 25kg (55.1 lbs). In 2022 I was laid off, had to move to another state (1200km away or my home) and took a job were I work as the only medical pathologist with a work load for three, gaining again the 25kg, plus a little extra. I'm sorry for the long introduction, but I'm not used to social network. Besides, I've always trained alone and I'm dealing with the worsening of my depression. So, sorry if I won't appear as much.

After discovering I have pattelofemoral dysplasia, the cause of losing over a year without training, I'm struggling with both. 11 years of intense training (running, crossfit and calisthenics) and weight control have been lost in 14 months. I'm 55lbs over my weight, with a lot of restrictions of exercises and the appetite of when I trained hard. I'm feeling betrayed by my own body.
