To make life easier, when you eat out, try eating something like fish, chicken, steak. Get some vegetables as side dishes. If you get a salad, ask for dressing on the side.

Hello, my name is Marisol. I’m 45 years old and live in West Texas. I’m new to jump rope, just started in January using the ropeless set. Now I have both the get lean and strong sets in rope and ropeless form. I started off by jumping for 5 minutes before my kettlebell workouts (new to those too). Got introduced to JRD around December last year. Just working on shedding fat, getting fitter and more athletic. Jump rope definitely helps to keep me young. I’m currently working through Total Body Torch and plan to begin (and finish) one of the 3 month programs, I’m looking at JRD 90. I’m glad to be here.

Happy belated birthday! Thank you for all you do!

Done! Wow that was challenging. I did this indoors with the ropeless set, as it’s 104 today , so outside and the garage weren’t options. Didn’t expect to sweat so much inside, but damn! Great workout!
