Thanks, On day 3 decided to give my body a day off, just went for a bike ride in the morning for about 20 min. Just to make a statement "this is only a one day break!". Back at it tomorrow.

Hi there, New to the community. 54 years old and out of shape. Loved the videos and decided to give this a try. Now doing the 7 day training. finished day 2 to and will do day 3 tomorrow.  Here is a question, Should this all be done in 7 days strait or should I take days rest in between? my calves a a bit sore after today's work out.

Not to sure what you guy are talking about, I don't hear any music. Too busy waiting for those superb 5 little beeps. Also when you say this is for losing weight, does puking a lung count? Loving the training, completely out of shape. Thanks guys.  DAY 2 Finished. See you tomorrow.
