Wow This is what I call a community. Thanks for all the info. I do use Myfitness, but not sure what to do when I eat out. I guess an approximation of what I eat is better than nothing.😀About the Croissant, It's my 30%. Please let me indulge once in a while.😀I normally don't have breakfast so this was a treat.Also, I did go eat at Din Tai Fong for Lunch, a small weekend n Tokyo relaxing.Just finished a week of recuperation after I injured my calf. this morning was my first day of light training. All was working ok. Tomorrow will do some stretch and lightly practice my running and boxer jumps.

Hi guys. I need some help. 

New to counting calories. I’m on week 2 and still trying to get over a calf injury I made in week 1. 😂

I’m in an hotel right now and decided to have a small breakfast. This is what I took:  

How many calories would this add up to?

Ok in hindsight, I really should’ve listened to the advice about taking your time.

Ended up hurting my right calf. Now I’m stuck resting for a week. Will try to work on my push-ups in the meantime and  maybe do some reverse pushups to.

Crap! Was just getting the hang of this.

Just finished day 3 of the 7 day challenge. For some reason my right calf hurts but my left doesn’t. In day 4 I’m not sure I’ll be able to do the boxer jumps. Either do it all wi regular jumps or take 3 days ff to recuperate.

would have liked to get day 4 done before the weekend.

Finished Day 3. not sure if what i did were Air Crunches, but they were definitely Air something. See you guy tomorrow.
