Thank you. Looking forward to the dai I can do pull ups.

Will definitely stop by the parc a least once a week just for the dead hangs.

In the mean time will try to do revers push-ups to train my back.

Just did Day 2 today, and started reevaluate everything I learned in physiques class. There are no explanations to why the last 10 sec of jumping feel like 30 sec and the 10 sec of rest feels like 1 sec.

Quick Question.

I just saw the stay consistent video for the 90 day program.

I usually train (just started) in the morning. I don(t have a pull-up bar (Japanese houses are too short and fragile). There is one in a park close by, but I'm note sure if I can get to it regularly. Beside, I'm pretty sure my MAX is close to 1!

I train in my office, and what I have there are paraletts.

Any ideas what to do when A) max is maybe 1 and B) access to pull-up bar is limited.

So I’m trying to take it slow. A day off between short workouts. Maybe 15 minute workouts 30 seconds jump 30 seconds push-ups or something of the kind. But what I don’t understand is why the hell can’t I do boxer skips?

I keep trying, and I can do it without the rope, but whenever I add a rope, can’t do more than one jump. Very frustrating.

Thanks. I'm trying, but sometimes when I eat out it's not so easy for me. Can't find a match for some dishes, But I guess close approximations are better than nothing right.
