Def putting this together. Even a few years ago I had no confidence in pull-ups, form was terrible, etc. it all started with dead hangs and I think it’s a great idea to make a progression program showing yall how to increase. They’re such a good exercise for building muscle and feeling strong !!

Gotta start by dead hanging, that’s how I was doing it. Sets of 10 sec then 30 sec then moved up to doing 1-2 pull-ups at a time. It’s all progression.
