My two fave “extra” workouts are jumprope and dumbbells with Dan, and jumprope and abs with Brandon (the one with the 1/2lb rope he does in his garage). Yesterday was dumbbells with Dan and today abs with Brandon. I’m back in Vermont for two weeks where it has been below zero temps but it’ll “warm up” to about 30 today so I can go for a snowy walk. Happy to report that after putting on a few pounds over the holidays, I’ve shed the weight already. Back on track. Let’s go, peeps!! ❤️❤️😎😎🤓🤓💪💪❤️
