Def my best performance on this workout to date by a mile. Only messed up on the DUs three times. Always completed total 60 - 80 DUs per circuit for a total of about 350 DUs in the workout. Iβm sweating and breathing hard but feel great and am not nearly as winded as usual after each circuit. Progress is real! If this 51-year-old need can do this, so can all of us. Letβs do it! π€π€πͺπͺ
