Maybe can't see it but there's sweat going on here!
OK Steve, you've tried to talk me into doing Ninja and I was too timid. But all the post lately and your encouragement have inspired us to step out and do it instead of finishing the 60 day challenge. Next weeks work schedule is crazy but a 4 day break might do some good.
I am starting to see little changes physically and also in my fitness level. My cardio score on my Fit Bit bumped up a point and my heart rate is starting to come down quicker.
I love that I can get nearly the same results jumping rope w/body weight exercises as I did when I was running and doing body weight exs. And I don't have to drive 20 mins to get to a trail. DO THE THING!
