Looking forward to starting JRD Max on Monday. In the meantime, I'm still skipping around doing different workouts that hit muscle groups I want to hit from the WODs or from other programs. Today I did the EMOM from month 3 JRD Max. Fun one! Funny enough, the thing I found the hardest were the ab-crunchers. Had to keep my feet on the ground for the last two sets of them! Doh!
