So the month didn't start out great but this is the most consistent I've been in over a year with injuries and other stuff. I am actually starting to look forward to my workouts and that hasn't happened in more than a year either. I know there is room for improvement. I think I'm going to start trying to add a day of jumping. Maybe do Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri.
I Have lost weight and been in shape before by doing body weight exercises and cardio and even run some 5ks. But jumping rope seems to be a different animal. I feel like a total beginner!! I don't know what has happened but I am starting to love jumping.
