First time doing M2D1 of heavy ropes. Felt good to be able to crush the jump rope sets and push ups but only got 300 skips with the 2-pounder. Iβll do better next week but that thing is a beast. Crushing with the 1-pounder though now like itβs no biggie. Very fun. (And so many choice comments in this one from Dan Witmer that made me laugh. Love it!)
