...I did the first two days of Shredded Ninja today and yesterday. Achilles feels okay. If I try to do any moves with single-leg jumps, I notice it, so I'm sticking to regular bounce and boxer skip. But today's tabata-style workout had a ton of DUs and they were totally fine. So...cautiously moving forward? I feel like there is a dad joke to be made here about jumping forward or something.
