I really like these HITTs. Using my smart watch, I can really see how my heart beat and calories burned gradually climb until in the last set my heart rate is up to about 150 bpm. Itβs also fascinating to watch it fall 20-30 bpm during the rest period. What always starts out as a seemingly simple WOD always turns out into being a great workout. And just to add that little bit more, I used my 9 oz LE rope instead of the 8 oz. π Have a great day doing the thing!
