So I did 5 DUs in a row but not consecutively. Just one at a time. Is there a tip for being consecutive? Also I am landing very hard and hurting my shin splints. Do soft landings just come with practice? I can't wait to do a workout with my first DUs but if I can't do them consecutively should I do them one at a time or not and just do fast jumps? And my JRoD just now did his first Du as well! Woo hoo!
