Well guys last week @brandon put up a mindset video about optimal sleep and what’s yours individual sweet spot.
After tracking my sleep the past 7 days. I found that 6.5 hrs was my absolute minimum where I feel refreshed and ready to go after the day ahead. Weekends are a little longer 7 to 8.
After 8 hours I’m up. My body clock just wakes me up very refreshed.
