My shin splints (inside) are really hurting after a jump workout. If I rest them I'm afraid  I will only be able to jump every other week instead of every other day. I'm just getting my momentum going and don't want to stop. Do I just jump through them anyway? 

I've started wearing a compression sock, icing after a workout and doing some gua sha (scrapping) therapy.
