yesterday work ran late, it was cold out, i was hungry... blah blah blah... i skipped mondays workout. :(
i cant get that day back. but i can get back to it today, which i will.
i always feel a sense of loss when i miss a day. it makes me unhappy.
but i guess the feeling of unhappiness when i miss a day fuels me.
and i aint quittin'.
