1/4 or 1/2 pound crossrope is the way to go. can just get the "get lean" set... it has both ropes + handles. be sure to use jrd code to get a discount.

Just caught wind that FINALLY the app can be played at the same time as your other music (Spotify and Apple Music). So that's cool. I haven't tried it myself yet. About to test it.
