Hey guys. I did the 7 day challenge then rested 1 week so far because my knees kinda hurt and my overall feet felt like they needed a rest. Today i returned to the workout but seems like my knees still need rest
Been jumping only 10 minutes per day so as not to injure me being overweight
My original weight was 75kg and im now at 104kg
Do you have any specific training video or tips for overweight like me?
Or is it a matter of getting my knees used to support my weight?
Im avoiding doing one leg jumps of course but overall dont know if my body can handle jumping rope at this current bodyweight. Dont wanna injure myself
