Community: I am new to IF and working my way to 16:8. I am currently doing about 13:11 and would like to know this: Is it more important to get your calories and macros in or stick to your fasting times? On the days where I am stupid busy, get to the end of my eating window and realize I will never eat enough before my window closes, do I just eat what I should and get back to IF the next day or do I take the hit and start my fast even though I am very low in calories for that day? Thanks.
