wrapped it up today. definitely lost body fat during this program... without a doubt. I've done all 3 workout plans now, and after this, I'm going back to Swole Samurai to put some muscle back on. Might or might not do a day 6 tomorrow, but either way, taking a week off before Swole. JRD90 is def the most challenging workout... imo.
