Was not anticipating so much jumping today - I definitely have noodle arms! I pushed through to get it done (admittedly needing a few extra seconds at the end of each set). 1/2 pound was a killer! Got it done this a.m. - now just walking some laps I'm the house ( too cold outside).
Today to combat stress snacking I'll be bringing extra protein shakes to work and loading up on water to keep myself "full" but most importantly hydrated! :)
