It's so odd to think that I've made it through the whole program. It feels like a week ago I was struggling through week one. Truth be told I've done this organ a few times in the past but I fell off the wagon, stressed with work, life and worldly craziness.
But I'm back! I've done back to it and priced to myself I could get it done!
Week 1 I struggled to do any normal pushups and now I can do nearly 10 close shoulder without needing a short break.
I've controlled my stress eating/snacking at work, feel less bloated, and bettered my eating habits overall.
I've lost weight - about 12lbs. Although I wish I lost more I know I gained muscle as I can see it in my shoulders and arms.
I'm going to keep doing to thing to keep myself accountable, motivated and healthy.
This weekend I will celebrate by getting pizza!
Onto the next one - deciding which it will be - but grateful to be here!
