Hey everyone! I’ve been here for a few days now, figured I should make my first post.
I’ve been trying to get back in to jumping for the past year or so, struggling hard with consistency. I was jumping on and off a few times a month, trying to get my body used to jump rope again. I’m at a point now where I’m attempting to be consistent with jumping every other day. So, here I am! Looking for accountability and enjoying the WODs (even though I’m not on track since I don’t jump everyday).
Glad to be a part of this community again, and looking forward to seeing some results!
